Tiermuseum

At the Tiermuseum, an exploratory journey through the diverse animal world of Europe awaits you 🏞️. You can experience the fauna from the high mountains to the coasts and encounter animal species that are already extinct or highly endangered in their original habitat.

The museum houses approximately 300 mammal specimens and about 1200 bird specimens, which are presented in their lifelike habitats. Here you can see European wild animals up close 🔎, including impressive brown bears, agile lynxes, majestic wolves, as well as many other forest and mountain dwellers like foxes, badgers, wildcats, marmots, and red deer.
