TU Wien Transformer

The TU Wien Transformer is a place for research, tinkering and experimenting, where children and families can get hands-on themselves. Creativity, science and technology are at the heart of it: visitors can rethink everyday objects, get to know tools and use real microscopes to discover things that are barely visible to the naked eye.

The program ranges from Winzig, aber wow! to Architektur hands-on and Werkzeugheld*innen Holz, where kids saw wood and build things themselves. Soap bubbles with corners and Frankensteins Werkstatt with a Halloween special are also part of the lineup. No prior experience is needed, and children ages 5 and up are warmly welcome. 🔬
