Wildlife Naturkundemuseum

Wildlife Naturkundemuseum is the largest museum of its kind in the region, showcasing fascinating animals from all continents across 1,400 m². 🦁🐾

Especially impressive is the diverse trophy collection, mostly from the famous hunter and patron Erwin Himmelseher.

Highlights include animals from over 40 countries, such as lion, leopard, tiger, Arctic fox, and various native birds.

For kids, there are exciting hands-on activities: you can identify animal tracks, match animal calls, and learn about local trees and shrubs – making the museum visit both educational and fun.

Upon request, the museum also offers special programs for school classes as well as guided tours, providing a unique experience for groups.
