Wildpark Gonsenheim

Description
Located on the edge of Mainz-Gonsenheim, Wildpark Gonsenheim has been a popular local getaway since the 1950s. Visitors can follow a circular path to see native wildlife like deer, mouflons, and wild boars, as well as goats, ducks, guinea pigs, and various birds.
Many animals, especially the friendly goats and fallow deer, can even be fed – food pellets are available from a vending machine. Both children and adults can enjoy direct contact with the animals. The Wildpark is open year-round with free admission. Natural paths and benches create a relaxing walk.
Whether for a short visit or a family outing, Wildpark Gonsenheim offers animal encounters in a quiet, natural setting, easily accessible and surrounded by greenery.
