Berleburger Christmas Stars - Christmas Market in Bad Berleburg

The Christmas market around Bad Berleburg’s marketplace turns into a festive experience for visitors of all ages on the third weekend of Advent, December 12 and 13, 2026.

Culinary specialties and regional treats invite guests to linger in a Christmas atmosphere. There is also a varied program for children: craft activities, storytellers, and roasting bread on sticks will delight the little visitors.

A special highlight is the “Sterntaler.” Guests can use the tokens to pay at all participating stalls at the markets in Bad Berleburg, Arfeld, and Diedenshausen. The “Sterntaler” – worth €3 – can be purchased in advance at the Bad Berleburg tourist information center.
