a winter highlight awaits you in Bretten's downtown! Enjoy the pre-Christmas season by ice skating

and ice stock sport

on our festively lit ice rink. Hearty meals and hot drinks will take care of your well-being – perfect for cold winter days. A carousel will light up children's eyes.

Starting December 4, 2026, the children's craft hut invites kids to create their own decorations and gifts in a Christmas atmosphere. Under guidance, young visitors can craft, paint, and let their imagination run free. This results in highly personal Christmas ideas to take home, made with joy and creativity.

On the weekends of December 4–6 and 11–13, the mood will be especially festive: The arts and crafts market

at the church square invites you to browse. Experience handmade unique items and be enchanted by a varied stage program presented by clubs, music groups, and institutions. The arts and crafts market is open Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Use the pre-Christmas time to meet friends, colleagues, or family and enjoy a cozy chat over mulled wine or punch. The stalls on the marketplace are open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

and invite you to feast and linger.
