Christmas Market at the Stabkirche Stiege

The outdoor area turns into a small market with lovingly decorated stalls and festive lighting. Along with food and drinks, Christmas decorations are also available. There will be a Christmas tree sale again.

At 2:30 PM, a service is planned in the church, followed by a group singing of Christmas carols accompanied by the harmonium. The "Stieger Turmbläser" will entertain Christmas market visitors with live music. Around 5:00 PM, Santa Claus is expected to arrive bearing gifts for the children. Parents drop off the gifts a few days in advance – the exact date will be announced in time. For latecomers or visitors, there is the option to drop off gifts on December 5 until about 4:00 PM.

Again this year, under the direction of Joana Weidner, there will be a program for children to help pass the time while waiting for Santa Claus.
