Wintry market of the countrywomen in the historic half-timbered old town

The countrywomen offer many home-produced goods and many specialties for the approaching Christmas season.

For the pre-Christmas countrywomen's market the countrywomen of the Haslacher Landfrauenvereines

have come up with many good things so that next Saturday with their large stalls in Haslachs Altstadt they will

fully satisfy the wishes of customers. Besides decorative items made from natural materials there is above all

“pure regional products”: farmhouse bread, braided yeast loaves, all varieties of homemade jams and jellies, bacon, sausages, noodles, eggs, herb oils and vinegars and of course fine brandies and liqueurs. On the market day itself, promptly from 8.00 Uhr, Christmas trees will also be offered. Harvested at the right moon are the ecologically produced Nordmann firs from Jürgen Schmid from the Vorderhof in Bollenbach.
