So her father, the king, decides to go out into the world alone to find help. Just when he's about to give up, he finally meets the Traumfresserchen. You'll discover what this marvelous creature is all about and how it can help Princess Schlafittchen at the theater. Michael Ende is the author of world-famous stories like Jim Button and Luke the Engine Driver, Momo, The Neverending Story. With Das Traumfresserchen, he wrote a fantastic story about the fear of falling asleep and the power of dreams. A classic yet modern fairy tale. Michael Ende said about it: "What matters to me is telling picture stories, because I believe pictures always say much more than words. The original language of humans is a language of images, our dreams take place in images, and in a certain sense, every person is a poet when they dream."
