From December 11 to 13, 2026, downtown Ebingen transforms once again into a sparkling winter fairy tale.
When Markt- and Bahnhofstraße shine in a warm glow of lights and the scent of hot chestnuts, waffles, and mulled wine drifts through the streets, it’s time once again for Ebingen Christmas Magic – featuring familiar highlights and new moments to enjoy.
## Festive Opening & Light Magic
The kickoff takes place Friday evening at Kurt-Georg-Kiesinger-Platz. Festively decorated trees, atmospheric lighting, and a special ambiance set the mood for the Advent weekend in downtown Ebingen.
## Winter Open Air Cinema
Friday evening means “lights, camera, action” under the open sky with the cult classic Feuerzangenbowle. Cozy up warm with a cup of Feuerzangenbowle in hand and enjoy this movie classic together in a unique setting.
## Winter City Open Air & Live Music
Saturday evening, the band “Südlich von Stuttgart” brings lively music to the Christmas market at the Winter City Open Air. In addition, a varied music program on another stage at Bürgerturmplatz provides genuine Christmas spirit throughout the weekend.
## Treats & Gifts
Lovingly decorated stalls invite you to stroll and discover. From traditional specialties and wood-fired dishes to baked apple liqueur and handmade Christmas decorations, visitors will find plenty of culinary and creative offerings.
