Medieval Village and Camp Life

Late medieval life in the Hunsrückweiler.

Between timber-framed houses and cooking fires, visitors meet people in historical costumes and experience crafts, food culture, and daily life from a long-gone era. Authentic scenes bring history to life and show what life in the Middle Ages might really have been like.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Letztgesellen will fire several blunderbusses at the museum starting at 3 PM. If you want to witness this, be sure to arrive early before the mercenaries run out of powder.

Admission: Adults €10.00, families (2 adults with any number of children up to 14 years old) €20.00. Children 6-14 years €3.00. Children under 6 are free.
