Mudflat Safari for Kids - Playfully Discovering the Mudflats for KIDS Ages 4 to 7

Kids' Mudflat SAFARI: Off to the mudflats! The mudflat safari is calling! What worms, shells, and crawls around in the mudflats? Dig, search, find, and marvel – mudflat adventures for KIDS! Together we follow the tracks and experience the Wadden Sea up close. This event is for children ages 4 to 7 who want to playfully explore the world of the Wadden Sea. With a dip net and a magnifying cup, we set out to find shells and crabs, discover the mudflats, and meet the exciting inhabitants of the mudflats. After our adventure, each child receives a certificate as a keepsake. If you like, you’re welcome to bring your own bucket and shovel – there is so much to discover in the Wadden Sea. This event centers on you, the kids: with lots of fun, you will learn about the fascinating animals and plants of the Wadden Sea. Certified national park tour with a national park guide!

This event is exclusively for children. One paid adult supervisor per family is mandatory to register.

(Cost for one adult supervisor €6.00. One adult per family. NOT per child. For example: In a family of four, the second adult pays €11, as one adult is sufficient.

Please have only one adult accompany the child(ren) within a family, as this is a children’s event. Otherwise, fewer spots are available for children. Thank you for your understanding. Tip: You save €1.00 per person when you book ONLINE!

Carrying a child/baby in a carrier during the mudflat walk is not possible for safety reasons. Children/babies may not be carried in the mudflats, including on shoulders. No mudflat walk. The tour is held only if at least 5 children participate! We reserve the right to cancel up to 2 hours before the start.
