Mudflat Wonders for Birds - the special family mudflat walk for Migratory Bird Days

On this guided family mudflat walk to the Spiekeroog island mudflat, you can discover the mudflat and its treasures from a migratory bird’s perspective. This includes the joys of a table always richly set, as well as challenges, efforts, and dangers. Can we also do something to help the journey succeed?

The path goes over uneven mudflat ground. We walk slowly with several stops. The

total distance is about 2 km. There is no opportunity to sit down during the excursion. Suitable for children aged 4 and up.

People with reduced mobility can rent a mudflat vehicle.
