Description

What does a pony's coat feel like? What does a horse eat, and how can you tell if it feels comfortable? Pony Time for Kids is all about the horse Amira and learning how to treat animals with respect and care.

Through games and small tasks, you’ll get to know Amira calmly and thoroughly. You’ll find out how to approach a pony, what to watch for when leading one, and how humans and animals communicate well together. Then you'll get to groom and care for her under supervision. It’s not just about cleaning the coat—you’ll also discover how important attention, patience, and responsibility are when handling horses.

Pony Time teaches children, in a fun and age-appropriate way, basic knowledge about horse behavior, needs, and care. Kids gain hands-on experience and develop a sense of what ponies like and when something is too much for them. This creates a solid foundation for future riding lessons.

Important: This event does not involve riding. Children meet the ponies from the ground and experience how much fun spending time together can be even without a saddle or riding arena.
