Surrounded by beautiful nature, right next to the recreational lake in Schauenburg-Martinhagen, is the Disc Golf Anlage Schauenburg Martinhagen with 9 baskets. The recreational lake invites the whole family on an outing.

Disc Golf is a tradition from the USA that has been gaining more and more fans here since the 1970s. The rules of Disc Golf are very similar to those of traditional ball golf.

Players throw the Disc Golf discs (Frisbees) one after another over long distances toward the individual baskets. When the basket is hit, the number of throws taken is counted. As in golf, the player who uses the fewest throws wins.
