A mysterious old woman – no one knows where she comes from … but she conjures, and suddenly there are two more beings. Maybe they are …, but that doesn’t matter. The important thing is that they are together. But then something happens, and they are separated.

Will they find each other again, even if mountains stand in their way?

The highest mountains. These, for example, are made of … but that doesn’t matter either. The important thing is that they reunite.

They must overcome obstacles and learn new things to be together again.

And will the mysterious old woman help them with this?

About the puppet theater Divadlo U staré herečky:

Jana Vyšohlídová grew up in a theater family and had early contact with puppetry. She studied acting with a focus on alternative theater and puppetry at DAMU in Prague and then performed for several years at Naivní divadlo Liberec. After other stays, including at Divadlo Minor, she founded her own “Divadlo U staré herečky” in 2015. Since then, she has toured with her puppet theater productions in the Czech Republic and internationally. Her goal: “Big theater in a small format” – imaginative puppetry for children and adults. Her productions have won several awards and have been presented at international festivals.
