Ranger Tour Vogelsang-Wollseifen Route in Eifel National Park

Description
Get a comprehensive impression of the Dreiborner Hochfläche. This 33 square kilometer area was used as the Vogelsang military training ground until the end of 2005.
Rangers will guide you from the Eifel National Park Center through natural forests along the Neffgesbach to the abandoned village of Wollseifen. The residents of this former settlement had to make way for military use in 1946. The return route goes across wide meadows. The approximately 6.5-kilometer route with a steep ascent is also suitable for all-terrain strollers.
There are seating areas available halfway along the route.
Hard-of-hearing guests can borrow a mobile hearing amplifier if requested in advance. Otherwise, registration is not required for these free tours. We kindly ask larger groups of 10 or more people to announce their visit in advance by calling 02444/9510-0.
The ranger tour takes place every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sunday of the month.
