“Rumpelstilzchen” at Kulturhaus Oberwesel

Description
Christmas time is fairy tale time. On Sunday, December 6, at 3 pm, “Rumpelstilzchen” will be performed at Kulturhaus Oberwesel, an imaginative play loosely based on the Brothers Grimm. The performance is great fun for the whole family (for children from 4 years old).
The story is about Milli, the miller’s daughter, who loves to play hide and seek. She is a master seeker for her friends Fox and Hare. But her ambitious father considers it pure waste of time and dictates: Study – Practice – Work.
You probably know what happens next: the king arrives – the miller boasts – and soon Milli is locked in the castle dungeon, supposed to spin straw into gold. A little man appears, helps her, and demands as payment her first child. But what you don’t know is...
You’ll find out at the performance on December 6 by the L’Una Theater with two actors and music.
Tickets cost 5 euros for children (7 euros for adults) and are available at Kulturhaus (Rathausstr. 23) as well as online and at all Ticket Regional pre-sale locations, such as the Oberwesel Tourist Info.
