Die Almhütte

Die Almhütte at the Saarlouis Christmas Market invites you to linger and enjoy. With its rustic Alpine charm and space for up to 100 guests, it is the ideal place to take a cozy break. The lovingly designed log cabin, equipped with details such as an atmospheric fireplace, exudes comfort and warmth – perfect for taking a time-out amid the Christmas bustle.

Culinarily, Die Almhütte focuses on homemade classics and hearty hut fare: the menu features Käsebrot or Leberwurstbrot prepared in the house style, the spicy Schinkenbrot with original Kren and – for big appetites – the popular Vesperplatte for two with ham, liverwurst, black pudding, raw sausage and garnish.

Die Eisarena

Die Eisarena is an indispensable part of the Saarlouis Christmas Market and attracts ice skating fans of all ages year after year. With an impressive area of about 800 square meters, it is the largest mobile ice rink in Saarland and a true highlight in the pre-Christmas season.

Whether beginner or experienced skater – here anyone can take a few relaxed laps on the ice and enjoy the winter fun. Skates can be conveniently rented on site, and day tickets allow use of the Eisarena throughout the day.

Die Champagner Lounge

A very special highlight at the Saarlouis Christmas Market is the cozy cable car gondola that can be rented by the hour.
