Steyrer Christkindlmarkt Promenade

On the Steyrer Promenade the traditional Advent market has been inviting families since 1998: The Steyrer Christkindlmarkt Promenade is especially family-friendly and has its own children's program with a carousel, a children's train and the Weihnachtsflieger 🎠. A highlight: children can meet the Christkind in person.

Between the market stalls, children encounter familiar fairy-tale characters – a walk-through fairy-tale trail. In the crafts hut you see traditional shingle-making and can try typical forester Nocken.

Around 30 stalls offer families savory and sweet treats: Bratwürstel, Raclette-Brote, Ischler Lebkuchen, waffles as well as hot drinks like Punsch and Glühmost. The Punsch with Christkindl-Tasse is offered as a souvenir.
