The Weihnachtsmarkt auf Schloss Katzenberg unfolds in a romantic castle setting and invites you to festive discoveries 🎄.
More than 70 vendors present handcrafted, plant-based and nature-related products, some pieces are created live on site.
On the Kastanienallee the air is filled with the scent of mulled wine and punch; in the courtyard and service area there are regional specialties and family-friendly snacks. Craft demonstrations, live music and choral singing round out the program; on Saturday evening the Schärdinger Teufelsperchten perform.
For children there are pony rides, a carousel, storytelling sessions in the castle chapel and new: alpacas to pet 🦙. The Gebetbuch- und Einbandmuseum is also open, and part of the proceeds goes toward the preservation of the castle.
