42 Vienna

At 42 Vienna in Vienna, technology and programming are at the heart of everything. The place is aimed at teens and young adults aged 16 to 25 who want to combine free time and play with digital skills. Here you can turn your own ideas into code, step by step, indoors.

A highlight is the Discovery Piscine Python: an introduction to the Python programming language, where you learn the basics and write your first scripts. You navigate the terminal and file systems, learn about conditions and loops, and work with data structures such as arrays, sets, and dictionaries. Learning happens in teams following the peer-to-peer principle, meaning you learn directly from one another. Programming is treated here as a Superpower for thinking, building, and problem-solving – a skill that is in demand in the AI age.
