I support families during the first year of life with individualized breastfeeding counseling and help with the baby’s basic needs. As an IBCLC breastfeeding and lactation consultant and a health and pediatric nurse, I bring solid professional expertise.

My offerings are practical: breastfeeding counseling with latch techniques, infant care, babywearing, baby massage, cloth diapers, complementary feeding, and baby sleep including SIDS prevention.
