Einfach Fitz – Die Zuckerbäcker is a family-run artisan manufactory in its fifth generation with over 120 years of tradition. 🍰
As part of the Vulkanland Route 66 – Straße der Lebenslust, the interactive workshop invites you to watch the making, taste, and enjoy regional specialties.
There are hands-on patisserie courses where you work with doughs and fillings yourselves. The menu features the award-winning pralines (2018, 2020) and the nostalgic meringue roll.
The Nudelküche serves freshly prepared pasta daily made mostly from regional ingredients, and the Sommerküche offers light salads and bowls – ideal for families.
