Freibad Dudweiler

Due to its location and facilities, Freibad Dudweiler was well known and popular far beyond the local community. Countless children from Dudweiler and the surrounding area learned to swim here. Some romances even began on the upper sunbathing lawn, which was jokingly called the "Lovers' Lawn."

Over the years, the pool was equipped with a slide, the non-swimmer pool was lined with stainless steel, and all the technology and changing areas were renovated.

Numerous seating and lounging options provide a varied level of comfort for all guests.

It is especially thanks to the tireless efforts of the Dudweiler Förderverein Bäder e.V. that a wide entry staircase was installed in the swimming pool. This staircase makes it easy for people with physical limitations to enter the pool.
