Description

Grüner Heiner is a rubble heap located on the boundary between Stuttgart-Weilimdorf and Korntal-Münchingen. It stands by the A 81 west of Korntal, with its peak reaching 397.3 meters above sea level and towering 80 to 90 meters above the surrounding terrain. The wind turbine built on the hill in 1999 and connected to the grid in 2000 is now considered a landmark of Stuttgart-Weilimdorf.
