Hallenbad Haiger

Hallenbad Haiger on Schlesische Straße has a long history of success. About 60 years ago, it was one of the first indoor pools in Hesse and has been open continuously ever since – apart from short closures for renovations.

Currently, around 40,000 people visit annually. The facility features a 25-meter pool, three starting blocks, and a 3-meter diving platform. This makes it ideal for practicing swim badges and training for competitions. With a constant water temperature above 30°C, both toddlers and seniors feel comfortable in the pool. It is also perfect for school swim lessons, as entire classes can use the whole pool. Seniors appreciate the personal atmosphere, short distances inside the pool, and its easy accessibility. Clubs like the DLRG enjoy training here. Swimming courses are also offered.
