Description
Hermann-Seidel-Park, also known as Volkspark Striesen or Rhododendron Park, is a public green space of about two hectares in Dresden-Striesen. It is located on part of the former grounds of the Hermann Seidel nursery. The park is bordered by Augsburger Street, Eisenacher Street, Ermel Street, and Pohland Street. The park is named after Hermann Seidel, a Dresden entrepreneur and plant breeder from the Seidel horticultural family.
