Description

The Hermann - Vogel - Haus is a fairy-tale decorated half-timbered villa, designed by Hermann Vogel and his architect brother Richard. 🏡

Originally, the house served as a summer residence and later became Hermann Vogel's main home until his death in 1921.

After renovation, the house was reopened in 1997, having been inaccessible during the German division.

The idyllic garden invites you to relax and offers the chance to explore the charming flora and fauna in the surroundings.

A walk to the romantic castle ruins at Burgstein and to the artist's grave at the village church is highly recommended not only for fans of Hermann Vogel.
