Description

The Johann Puch Museum is located in the last authentic factory hall (Hall P) of the original Johann Puch works – a listed building that brings real industrial history to life.

The exhibition features a dynamic, changing collection that showcases the history of local mobility for around 150 years, starting with early bicycles. Particularly impressive are rare and iconic vehicles from the Johann Puch and Steyr-Daimler-Puch brands, including the Puch Voiturette (1906), the Steyr-Puch Haflinger, the prototype of the Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer, and various mopeds.

Strong community plays a major role here: fans, collectors, and former employees have significantly helped shape the exhibition and keep the passion for history alive.

The museum is supported by Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik AG & Co KG as well as the city of Graz – a sign of solid institutional backing.

Hall P is historically especially significant, as Johann Puch himself worked here and legendary vehicles like the Alpenwagen and the Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer were produced here.
