Kätcheslachpark

Kätcheslachpark is a green space and wastewater engineering facility located in the northwestern Frankfurt am Main district of Kalbach-Riedberg. The centerpiece of this roughly ten-hectare park is a pond called Kätcheslachweiher, surrounded by a network of water channels. These water bodies manage rainwater — specifically providing flood control through drainage — for nearby residential neighborhoods and other surrounding areas. The park is named after the adjacent Kätcheslach water channel.
