Lurgrotte Peggau

Lurgrotte Peggau is Austria’s largest water-carrying show cave, offering you an impressive guided tour along a total of 2 kilometers of walkable paths.

For everyone aged 10 and up, there’s also a special 2-hour tour covering a total of 4 kilometers. During this tour, you’ll experience an exciting section where the electric lighting is replaced by LED lamps – you may bring your own lamps, but open flames are not allowed.

In the winter months from November to March, the cave operates in winter mode and tours are offered on weekdays. There is also the option for school classes and tour groups to book tours outside the regular hours.
