Description
Modern art at its finest! mumok focuses on art from the 20th and 21st centuries and shows works by Andy Warhol, Claes Oldenburg, Pablo Picasso, Yoko Ono, Günter Brus and Gerhard Richter, among others. It is the largest museum of modern art in Central Europe, housed in the distinctive Bluestone building in the MuseumsQuartier. 🎨
For families there is a rich education program: on Saturdays creative workshops for children aged 6 and up, Sundays family workshops for all ages, Creative Coding Workshops for ages 6–13 and the series "mumok Overpainted Creative Art Lab" for youths aged 14 and up. 🧩💻
For the youngest visitors there are special offerings like the KinderkunstTransporter (from age 4) and the Kuscheltierbuddy (from age 2). A mumok Kids Club membership provides extras and discounts. ✨
