Museum Kalkwerk Lengefeld

The Museum Kalkwerk Lengefeld is an impressive technical monument of the old binder industry and has been recognized as part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 2019.

Here you experience almost 500 years of mining tradition, diving into the history and working world of limestone extraction and processing from the 16th century onwards.
