Discover an exciting journey into industrial history at Museum Torfbahnhof! Ride the historic narrow-gauge railway, the famous Lok Molly, across the grounds of the former peat factory 🚂. There you'll also find Europe's only functional peat baler from 1933 within the impressive industrial monument from the 1920s.
Since summer 2021, a new permanent exhibition also invites you to explore the history of the Torfbahnhof and its connection to the Bernauer Gefängnis. A special experience for curious explorers of all ages!
