Description
Olympiapark in Munich is a city park located in the Oberwiesenfeld neighborhood of Munich's district 11 Milbertshofen-Am Hart and was the site of the XX Olympic Games in 1972. It is one of the largest parks in the city, and to this day, sports, cultural, social, or religious/philosophical events and services take place on the grounds. The Olympic site in northern Munich is operated by Olympiapark München GmbH (OMG), a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Munich.
