Puppen- und Kulturmuseum Tecklenburg

Description
The Puppen- und Kulturmuseum Tecklenburg invites you on a special journey through time where you can discover the diversity and beauty of historic dolls.
Here you will find lovingly crafted dollhouses and doll kitchens that bring the lives of earlier generations to life, as well as one of the most valuable collections in North Rhine-Westphalia, featuring originals from various countries and eras, some more than 150 years old.
Old toys ranging from vehicles to mechanical rarities tell fascinating stories from childhoods of the past and showcase the craftsmanship of toy makers – a nostalgic blend of entertainment and culture for the whole family.
A special highlight is the playful city trail with colorful stones showing doll heads that lead you from the historic marketplace straight to the museum.
Admission is free, allowing families to enjoy an affordable and captivating outing. 🎎
Occasionally, special photo exhibitions, like the one celebrating the 25th anniversary of Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg, add current cultural touches to the experience.
In this volunteer-run museum, you discover the magic of times gone by, where every doll is a keeper of special stories and living childhood dreams.
