Rathauspark (Town Hall Park)

Rathauspark lies directly in front of Vienna's City Hall and is a central, shady retreat for families. Particularly attractive is the playground with a sand and mud play area – summer fun for little adventurers.

The park offers playground equipment for different age groups: babies and toddlers will find swings, baby slides, and a sandbox; older children can romp on slides and easy climbing elements. Additionally, Rathauspark is a great place for a picnic or the first bike ride and for a relaxed break during sightseeing 🍉🚲. In winter the park turns into a festive backdrop with the Christkindlmarkt and the Wiener Eistraum – then everything is beautifully lit ❄️🎄.
