Description
The Siemens-Villa, also known as Haus Siemens, is a villa located in the Wannsee neighborhood of Berlin’s Steglitz-Zehlendorf district. Arnold von Siemens, the eldest son of inventor and entrepreneur Werner von Siemens, had this building constructed between 1886 and 1889 according to plans by architects Paul and Walter Hentschel. Now a protected historic monument, the villa has been used since the 1950s for various medical and administrative facilities of today’s Berlin Immanuel Hospital.
