Sommerbad Glauchau

The people of Glauchau love going to the outdoor pool. It’s the place to meet up with friends, cool off, escape everyday life, and enjoy a few hours of "vacation" with the family.

A modern 50-meter stainless steel swimming pool with a 53-meter-long stainless steel figure-eight-shaped slide is available. There’s a paddling pool for the little ones, lounge chairs, a playground, a large sunbathing lawn, beach volleyball courts, cozy spots under shady groups of trees, flower beds, and the small, very old ticket booth—all inviting you to relax and unwind on warm, sometimes hot summer days.

Sommerbad Glauchau also offers swimming lessons, water aerobics, and senior swimming sessions. If you want more than just swimming, you can try your hand at beach volleyball, badminton, and table tennis.

Food and drinks are provided by the kiosk team. There’s something here for everyone’s appetite.
