Spielplatz Bömighausen

The playground in Bömighausen is a central feature in the extensive recreational offerings of the municipality of Willingen (Upland). Located by the Neerdar, surrounded by a natural setting with shaded areas and seating, this playground offers a variety of equipment. These include a slide, a tube slide, swings, and a sandpit, complemented by seesaws, spring riders, and spinning elements. A ping pong table adds to the range of activities available for visitors. This site is part of a network of nine districts, each with large areas dedicated to play and movement. The Willingen region also offers other options for outdoor activities, such as the adventure playground on Ettelsberg, accessible via the Ettelsberg cable car. Additionally, there is the Kyrill Trail, a themed educational path that showcases the natural development of the forest areas after the Kyrill storm event in 2007.
