At the Verkehrs- und Ischlerbahnmuseum Mondsee, children and families discover historic vehicles, shipping exhibits, and mail coaches.
As a special attraction there is the renovated model railway of the SKGLB – an interactive, visual attraction for watching and storytelling.
The collection includes historic photos from 1860, and tours (also in English) are offered. On the open-air museum grounds there are many family-friendly program items at events such as the Bauernherbst.
