The Frankenmarkter Adventmarkt im Schloss Stauff offers you plenty for families in a historic setting: Nikolaus visits the market and brings every well-behaved child a small gift, the Krampus- & Perchten-Maskenausstellung shows hand-carved masks including a live demonstration by a woodcarver, and over 50 exhibitors in the castle and the rustic barn present handmade woodwork, ceramics, textiles and Advent wreaths.

There’s also a large book exhibition to browse. In the Advent-Café there are homemade cakes, and local clubs serve regional treats in the romantic castle courtyard.
