Vienna Open Lab
Description
Vienna Open Lab is a hands-on laboratory at BioCenter Vienna that enables experiments and discoveries for children, teenagers and adults. 🔬✨
For children aged 5 and up; a family lab for children aged 8 and up and adults. In addition, there are courses for the following age groups: 2–6, 6–10, 10–12 and from 12 years up.
The topics change regularly—from water, fire and flame, soil and natural phenomena to DNA and cells. Many workshops include practical lab activities such as microscopy, DNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis. 🧪🔬
Workshops are offered at affordable prices and are bookable for individuals as well as for small groups up to 5 people. Larger groups can arrange topics, language (German or English) and times individually.
