Description

On the Walderlebnispfad Nalbach, families can discover 21 different stations alongside exciting play areas that encourage active engagement with nature. Children can feel the bark of various trees, learn through play how far a tree's roots spread underground, and try to coax a melody from the Dendrophon – an oversized forest xylophone made from different local woods. The sound also plays an important role at the Humming Stone. Additionally, kids strengthen their sense of balance on a balance beam, learn how to determine a tree’s age, and create natural artworks.

The dragon swing and a hammock offer lots of variety. Families will find more climbing opportunities along the Walderlebnispfad in the climbing forest, where ropes are set up at different heights between oak trunks. Here, both young and old visitors can balance a bit above the forest floor. Definitely among the highlights are our playable dragon Simyo, Montis’s throne, and our new forest classroom. This learning space right in the middle of the forest can be actively used by preschool or school groups.

The Walderlebnispfad at Litermont is open daily and suitable for children of all ages. Admission is free.
