Waldspielplatz Bönninghardt – Idyllischer Ort im Grünen

The Waldspielplatz Bönninghardt, nestled in an idyllic woodland area, offers the perfect setting for children and adults to enjoy nature. The spacious, fenced area ensures safety and provides plenty of shade during the summer. The typical Lower Rhine landscape surrounds the playground, which features a small forest kiosk offering homemade cakes, drinks, and snacks. Numerous shaded seating areas and restroom facilities with an accessible toilet and changing station are available.

Since spring 2021, a forest adventure trail has been added to the offerings. At seven stations, visitors can explore the forest in a playful way. The playground is equipped with a variety of equipment for children ages 3 to 12, including seesaws, a sandbox, a carousel, a pirate ship, a ping-pong table, and a zip line. A net tower, a robber hill play tower with a tube slide, swings, and a sand excavator complete the range of options, offering many opportunities for playing and discovering.
