Wanderpark Bayerisch Eisenstein

Description
The Wanderpark Bayerisch Eisenstein is located right in the town center behind the ArberlandHalle and is a must-visit for anyone coming to the border town.
It is a well-maintained green space with comfortable seating that invites you to relax and unwind.
Besides a pond, a natural Kneipp facility, and a small adventure playground for children, there is a pavilion from the national park that provides information about the variety of hiking trails in the area as well as the local history and geology of the Eisensteiner high valley.
The Große Regen river calmly flows alongside the park through the border town, offering a habitat for many rare and endangered plant species.
Good to know:
All hiking trails from Bayerisch Eisenstein start here in the Wanderpark. There is also a large information board showing all the hiking routes in town.
Next to the park area, visitors can use a free hiking parking lot at Anton-Pech-Weg, directly behind the ArberlandHalle.
