Wildpark Eslarn

At the foot of Stückberg, about 600 meters above sea level, you'll find a fantastic forest playground. Right next to the enclosure of Papa Boar and Mama Sow with their piglets, and the home of fallow deer and mouflons, you can balance on round wooden poles, climb a bouldering wall, climb the wooden tower, and slide down the slide. Crawl through tunnels, swing and rock to your heart's content, and then have a snack at the rustic seating areas. Around the enclosure, there are forest, water, and animal quiz boards. After visiting the insect hotel, you can use the tree phone to make contact, try out music on the wooden sound chimes, and tickle your soles on the barefoot path. An information pavilion and a nature navigation station are right at the entrance to the playground and wildlife enclosure. Free parking is available. For those wanting to go even higher, you can hike the 24 trail to the 808-meter summit, climb the 144 steps of the observation tower, and enjoy a breathtaking view from the outdoor gallery.
