Description
The Želví zahrada (Turtle Garden) invites you to experience turtles up close.
The site started small: an abandoned log cabin and an overgrown garden became the grounds. Since the owner took over in 2014, the cabin has been gradually restored.
In summer, part of the turtle breeding area is open to visitors, so you can watch the animals go about their daily lives.
- Guided turtle tours
- Three species: European pond turtle, elongated tortoise, and Greek tortoise
- Terrariums indoors and outdoors, plus a water world
- Kiosk and terrace for visitors
Between the enclosures, the water world, and the terrace, you can enjoy your visit at your own pace.
