ZUM LOUIS Einkehr - Minigolf - Holzkugelbahn

ZUM LOUIS in Weilrod-Neuweilnau is a versatile outdoor destination surrounded by nature, combining natural experiences, fun games, and local delights. Set in the Taunus landscape near the picturesque Schnepfenbachtal valley, the place offers ideal conditions for families, groups, and anyone looking for a relaxed break in nature.

A special attraction is the traditional mini golf course, which has been in play since 1964. The 18-hole course mixes nostalgic charm with challenging obstacles and varied gameplay moments. After renovation and reopening in summer 2023, the course invites visitors to enjoy sociable rounds outdoors again. Clubs and balls are available on site.

Adding extra variety is the approximately 85-meter-long wooden forest ball track. It brings the forest to life in a playful way and is a little adventure especially for children. Wooden balls can be purchased on site and taken home as a memento of the visit.

Culinary offerings at ZUM LOUIS are based on down-to-earth, regional fare. The restaurant serves simple, traditional dishes made mainly from local ingredients. The changing menu follows the seasons and reflects the diversity of the Taunus region.

The atmosphere is also enriched by the animals of the Weilnauer Hof farm. Around the meadows of Neuweilnau, sheep, goats, and the Red Highland cattle – also called Taunus cattle, a hardy local breed – graze freely.

The offerings are rounded out by workshops, events, and options for private celebrations. Those wanting to extend their visit can combine it with a hike on the Squirrel Trail, which passes through the scenic Schnepfenbachtal and past the rock formation “Frau von Seel.”

ZUM LOUIS is a lively meeting place for both young and old – for playing, exploring, enjoying, and breathing fresh air right in the heart of the Taunus.
